1999-2009

Can not believe tomorrow will be 2010. These last 10 years have changed so much and so fast. Can't believe we have three kids now. Back in 1999 kids were not in our future or so we thought. We have lived in 3 different homes, several pets, cars, and the hair colors...haha. I could not even imagine that our lives would be like they are today. Three wonderful (wild) kids running around our house and making our lives whole and complete. Back in 1999 I was still working full time at the bank getting ready for Y2K and now I work part time and stay at home with our 3 Gifts. Each year we have be Blessed beyond words...My dad found out in Oct 1999 that he had cancer and he is still here and fighting it these last 10 years. Yes, we have had our bad times but they have been out weighed by all of the good the Lord has blessed us with. We have lost some family and friend members along the way but we know we will see them again up in Heaven. So here comes 2010....bring it on we are ready for several more Blessed Years with all kinds of Gods Gifts to US !!!

2009 Year End Review

As this is the last day of 2009, I want to reflex on what our family have done this year as a whole:

January--We bought our new house...so excited to have more room for the kids. We were very blessed to have found a wonderful house in a great neighborhood.

February--Dale and I celebrated our 15 Wedding Anniversary in Gatlinburg with our good friends Mike and Jennifer. Jackson celebrated his 7th birthday with a Wall-E party at the house.

March--We started the month off with Snow. The kids really enjoyed seeing snow, very rare here in the South. Bethany and Anna Lei had a Princess Party at the house. Bethany turned 5 and Anna Lei turned 7.

April--We had a fun month with all the Easter Celebration at school and church. We went to the zoo to play on the new playground. The kids school had their annual Spring Fling. We meet some very nice friends from Texas and had a couple play dates with Adora and Melanie. I went and saw Wicked with some friends...It was Awesome !!

May--Well the month started off with a flood in Montgomery...something I do not want to see for a very long time again. The girls had their annual dance recitals. Ms. Linda and Mr. Jeff came to see the girls recitals. Celebrated Mother's Day...as always a very special day for me. We also, celebrated Dale's birthday at our local favorite Mexican House. Celebrated Maw Maw's birthday too. The kids had their end of the school year parties. Can not believe Bethany is finally going to big school with Jackson and Anna Lei.

June--Started the month off by celebrating my birthday. The kids and I went to Mulder Church for VBS and the kids had a blast. We had a wonderful Father's Day at my parents with Paw Paw Bill and Daddy. Dale and I took a very quick trip to the beach for a weekend get away without kids....so much fun.

July--Had a wonderful time on the 4th at the Waters with our friends the Mills and Muffley's. We went to our church VBS and had a great time. We did not do too much this month but swim and stay out of the heat. I had my 25th Class Reunion the last weekend of the month...great seeing friends from high school.

August--The kids all started back to school...Bethany in Kindergarten, Jackson in first grade and Anna Lei in second grade. It is so nice having all three kids in the same school and on the same schedule. The house is quiet on Mondays and Fridays for me on my off days...LOVE IT!! We celebrated our friends Emily's birthday at the bowling alley...Jackson's favorite place.

September--I went to Atlanta with some good friends to the Women of Faith...had a blessed time. Anna Lei had her first gymnastic meet. She blew us away...she is a natural. She won 1st in Vault, 2nd in Floor, 4th in Beam and 7th in Bars. She won
3rd place in All-Around. The team won 2nd place!!!!

October--The kids had a couple of field trips at school to see movies. Also, the had some Halloween parties at school too. Dale and I went to the Annual Singleton Halloween Party in Wetumpka....had a crazy time. We lost our GG this month too, it was so sad for Dale to lose his last grandparent and the kids loosing their Great Grandmother. We will miss GG so much. We had our friends over to our house to go Trick or Treating and for a hot dog supper. All the kids looked great in their cute costumes.

November--Bethany had a Thanksgiving Feast at her school and all the kids were in their Indian shirts. We helped celebrate our friend Zack's birthday at Pump It Up. Anna Lei had another gymnastic meet at our Gym...She placed in all events and came in 2nd All-Around in her age group. She came in 1st on beam, 3rd on bars, 4th on floor and 5th on vault. We had family photos made by our good friend Billy Pope...love them, love them. We had a small Thanksgiving dinner at our house with the family.

December-- Anna Lei's had her State gymnastic meet. She placed 4th All Around for her age group. Anna Lei placed 5th on Vault,3rd on Beam, and 4th on Floor. We went to Callaway Gardens to see the lights with our friends the Muffley and Mill's families. The kids were all dressed in matching sweaters too cute. The kids all had wonderful Christmas parties at school. We decorated cookes for the first time at the Muffley's house. We had three wonderful Christmas get together with the whole Singleton and Hurst families. The kids had a wonderful Christmas...Santa was too good to them again this year.

We were very blessed this 2009 year with great family, friends and health. We hope each and every one of our family and friends have a wonderful 2010. God Bless !!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas from our house to yours...
Jesus is the Reason for the Season
May you all have a very blessed New Year !!

These were our Christmas cards that were sent out to Family and Friends

Christmas Morning

The kids were over joyed with their Christmas gifts this year. They were so excited about everything they received. They did not have a huge year of gifts but that is not the true meaning of Christmas anyways. We were all blessed this year for Christmas with the Love of Jesus.

We spent Christmas Eve at Dale's mom house for the Singleton family Christmas. Carole had the house decorated so nice and the food was great. The kids all received a Snuggie from their Aunt Tracie and Uncle Brian. We had a nice night getting to have fun with the cousins.

School Party Day

Posted by Picasa

Ok, I did the marathon of parties today at the school. It is nice having all 3 kids in one place, but is hard going from room to room. They each want me to stay at their parties, but at least I was there for a little bit of the fun.
